Shipping, Cancellation and Return Policy.

All our products are packed in tamper proof plastic bag without any indication of product/website name on the packaging box* ensuring complete privacy of your order and safeguards the quality and packaging of your order. We won't be mentioning yourssecretly.com on the package anywhere to keep your privacy intact. The sender name and address will be of our parent company. Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.

 *Certain products which may be partly inflammable, etc, would require a letter to be given to courier company mentioning the exact contents of the pack depending on the size of the package due to security reasons. For rest of the products, the declaration will mostly be generic in nature to the keep the privacy intact.

Shipping charges

  • Shipping is FREE for all orders above Rs 600.
  • For orders less than Rs 600, nominal shipping fees of Rs 70 is levied.
  • The shipping charges will stay the same irrespective of the size of the order.
  • It is our endeavor to ship all items together; however this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
  • There may be restrictions on accepting orders for certain pin codes where shipping is not possible. In such scenarios, the order will not be accepted online.
  • Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single shipping address. Place multiple orders if you wish to ship products to different addresses

 

Cancellation Policy / Replacement / Exchange Policy

  • Every effort is made to deliver all the orders placed. However, please note that due to reasons like limitation on quantities, inaccuracies / errors in products, price or problems identified by credit department we would be unable to process certain and must cancel.
  • Our Customer Service Team will inform you if your order is cancelled.
  • If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to your Card Account.

Please contact our Customer Service in case you wish to cancel your order. Orders once placed can be cancelled only before the Order is shipped. If the Order has been shipped you will not be able to cancel the order.

 

Returns and Exchange

  • For hygiene and other reasons, replacements or exchanges of products in following categories would not be accepted: Lingerie, night wear, briefs, innerwear, lingerie, cosmetics, oils, lotions, potions, creams and any other personal item or items that have been imported in the country
  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a replacement or exchange.
  • We shall be unable to accept returns or exchanges of products that have been tampered with, opened and/or used.
  • We will NOT accept replacements and / or exchanges for products that are not to your liking.
  • If you are not satisfied with any product, you may ask for replacements (for certain products only) within 3 days as follows:

 

Damaged/Defective

  • In the unlikely event that a replaceable product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused along with its original invoice, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 4 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
  • In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount and shipping charges applicable to the item.
  • In case a product comes with manufacturer warranty, customer should contact the manufacturer directly and follow the return/replacement procedure as per the manufacturer policy.

 

Mode of Return

Please contact our Customer Care within 3 days and request a replacement /exchange, subject to the above mentioned terms and conditions. Once approved you are requested to send us the products you plan to replace / exchange via courier with original packing.
